We have so many brilliant tourist spots that we can be proud of in North Oxfordshire. I was pleased to stop by at one, the Hook Norton Brewery, earlier today in celebration of English Tourism Week.

This fantastic, independently owned family business has been operating since 1849 and offers a delicious range of the finest quality cask ales, keg beers and ciders. While many of us will be familiar with the taste of Old Hooky, few will be aware of our local brewery’s rich heritage.

Whether it is for a tour of the brewery and museum or for some food and drink in their Malthouse Kitchen, I really would encourage everyone locally and beyond to visit.

The brewery has done so much to support Ukraine over the past year, and we are grateful for their continued generosity.
